Dr. Johnathan Quell Brisbaine is a character appearing in Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi. He is an original character created by Mpcp13 and acts as the person who revived the Rowdyruff Boys.
Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi
Dr. Brisbaine first appeared when observing a combat similation between XJ-9 and the Rowdyruff Boys. Nora Wakeman got angry at him for not controlling his boys, for which he apologized followed by a comment towards Boomer that his head was in the clouds.
During the attack on the Megaville Center for the Arts, his assistant Weasel called Brisbaine with the prompt to let the Rowdyruff Boys help and destroy all of the Cluster robots in the building. He later made his second appearance at the meeting in Dexter's facility at Megaville Elementary where he leads the meeting, hoping to discover what happened when the bomb exploded.
Appearance
Dr. Brisbaine is a tall white man. He has brown hair, but it can be seen he is graying and has gray eyes. He wears square glasses. He wears a gray suit with a white blouse and a black tie.
Personality
Dr. Brisbaine portrays himself as a stoic, professional man when talking to Dr. Wakeman about the events that transpire in the battle of the Rowdyruff Boys and XJ-9. He also shows to be a strict parent as he reprehend Boomer's lack of focus and tells him to concentrate on getting stronger. He is the creator of PROJECT ROWDY. He resurrected the Rowdyruff Boys and trains them to get stronger. The objective of himself and PROJECT ROWDY is unknown.
