Boomer is a pro-antoganist and supporting character of Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi. He is the male Counterpart of Bubbles. He only appears in the beginning of chapter 2 and originated from the Cartoon Network show; The Powerpuff Girls.

Chapter 3:

He was battling along with Butch and Brick against Jenny. It was supossed to be a simulation but turned into a slaughter when Butch cut off the arm of Jenny. After that Nora Wakeman came to help Jenny and complained to Dr. Brisbaine about it. Dr. Brisbaine said that the boys just are too strong. Dr. Brisbaine told to Boomer that he was in the "clouds" again, and said to Weasel give the report the next morning on his desk. Brick said to Boomer that he had to keep his head with the mission and don't think to much about those girls. However Boomer seems he has a crush on Bubbles as he remembers that day he was Kissed. Boomer later returns when Bubbles goes to save a heavily damaged Jenny. Brick asks if Boomer was having fun. He responds by saying "Mmm, I guess so, Brick." However, Brick wanted a definite answer, so he asks Butch. Brick then asks if the boys remember how the Powerpuff Girls killed them and Boomer responds that he remembers. Brick then tells Blossom that they have a score to settle. After Brick's monologue on why they were still alive, Dynamo appears from behind them. Boomer tries to inform Brick that Dynamo is behind them, but Brick did not notice until after Butch told him to "lid it."

Chapter 11:

After Blossom and Buttercup return in the stage, they found out that the boys are alive while Bubbles is running through Jenny to help her. Brick make a respond thou Bubbles said, he said that is not over yet because they seem not having fun by asking Boomer and Butch definitive answer. And later, Dynamo saw up in the stage. Boomer and Butch conform Brick that they have a business to deal with I. M. Weasel while Brick and Butch talking to Weasel, Boomer don't even pay an attention to them but instead he looking at Bubbles and asking himself that who is that girl. And he approach her. Bubbles notice that Boomer walking to her direction and she ask him what does he want for her. Courage, try to protect Bubbles from Boomer but he adjust him and kiss Bubbles in the cheek. Everyone has been shock for what Boomer did. Boomer state this that this is not what he remember. His brother whisper to each other for what stupid move Boomer gonna do next.

Powers and Abilities

Although Boomer, or any of the Rowdyruff boys, hasn't displayed any of his powers he possible has remained the same powers that he had from the original show. It's been shown that Boomer's not the brightest boy around. He's only marginally smarter than Billy.

Appearance

Boomer has a much different appearance than in the series. He wears totally black clothes, he only has two blue stripes on his sleeves. He has short yellow hair and has blue eyes, when in the series he wore the same clothes as his body, black sneakers, and shirt with one stripe.

Personality

Boomer's not exactly the brightest of the Brothers. Boomer seems to always have his head in the clouds, as he's not as focused or as talkitive as his other brothers. He's also somewhat conflicted on how he feels towards the Powerpuff Girls, since he doesn't seem to be as motivated to battle them as Brick and Butch are. 

Origin

He is an antagonist from the Cartoon Network series The Powepuff Girls. He and his brothers were the male counterparts of the girls, so anything that the girls stood for, the boys would be against it, often doing the opposite of what the girls do. His signature color is colbat blue and his ingredient is snips. They do graffiti, terrorize people on the streets, make mess and that kind of things. They would often clash with the girls on every encounter and usually the battles would be long and fierce with the boys taking the upperhand later. However, the girls figured out how to beat them: Kissing.Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup each layed one on their perspective counterparts which in the end made the boys explode. Later on, HIM resurrected them and made them even stronger than before. However they were soon defeated. In fan media he is Bubble's love interest.
